Dear Teachers,
As part of our ongoing commitment to supporting English Learners and Reclassified Fluent English Proficient (RFEP) students, it is essential that we monitor their progress to ensure academic success and equitable access to the curriculum.
Under California Education Code §313(f), all districts are required to monitor reclassified students for four years after they are reclassified to ensure they continue to thrive academically.
To support this process, we’ve opened the Ellevation Monitoring Forms early this year. This new system is designed to be much simpler and more efficient for teachers to complete.

With that being said, I (Juarez) will have a Catch Up Plans Make-it/Take-It on October 28th for anyone who needs time to complete these plans. They are due on the 31st. I have Chromebooks available.
